Our day camp is finally open to registrations! Now, we are conducting our registrations a little bit differently this year. Since spaces are very limited, we are conducting our application process by random draw. All approved applications will go in to a general pool, and we will select 20 applications. Those 20 children will be a part of our day camp this year. We will do our best to accommodate families, but we cannot make any guarantees.
Children ages 6 - 12 are eligible to apply. The camp will run from Monday, July 6th to Friday, August 21st. Children will attend the day camp Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Due to the restrictions around Covid-19, there are more stringent rules this year. All parents must provide a complete medical rundown for their child, including any medications that they take, any allergies that they have, or any chronic conditions such as asthma or ADHD. This information is extremely important. We need to ensure the safety of your children and our staff. Their safety is our top priority. Additionally, we cannot accept applications for children with behavioural issues, or children that require specialized attention.
All day camp applications MUST be filled out and emailed to spcc_daycamp@outlook.com. No other method of application will accepted. The deadline to submit applications will be Monday, June 15th. All parents will be advised of their application status by Saturday, June 20th.
