BASEBALL REFUND POLICY:

All payments are 100% non-refundable should the parents elect to withdraw their child for any reason. In the event of elective withdrawal, all payments are considered to be forfeit. The only exception to this is if the player is experiencing an emergency situation, such as an illness or injury.

The only situations where the payment is partially refundable are those where Northwest Minor Baseball is forced to cancel the season, or if the child is injured prior to the beginning of the season and unable to play. If the season is cancelled by Northwest Minor Baseball, a pro-rated refund may be offered, contingent on the decisions made by Baseball Manitoba and Northwest Minor Baseball.

Baseball is run and administered by Northwest Minor Baseball. Sinclair Park has no control over the refunds that they may or may not offer. We will endeavor to provide a refund where possible, but cannot make any guarantees.

MINI SOCCER REFUND POLICY:

All payments are 100% non-refundable should the parents elect to withdraw their child for any reason, including prior to the season beginning.

 

Sinclair Park will offer full or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

​

Full Refund: A full refund will be offered if the season is cancelled before beginning. This could include cancellations for Provincial restrictions, a lack of coaches, or not enough registrants to run the season. Full refunds will not be offered after the season starts.

Partial Refund: Partial refunds will be offered if the season is forced to end after beginning. Full refunds are not offered at this point, due to costs being paid out on behalf of the players. The amount of the partial refund will be based on when the cancellation occurs, and what costs have been paid out.

Refunds for Injury or Illness: These refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. In order to be considered for a refund, the illness or injury must be severe enough to prevent the child from being able to play for the remainder of the season. Refunds are not offered for missed games due to minor illness or weather cancellations.

No refunds will be offered after the season is two thirds completed. Sinclair Park is not profiting off of mini soccer this year, and we cannot afford to offer refunds once the funds have been spent to administer the program.
