With the snow falling down, we have seen an astonishing number of people contacting us about Christmas Parties, or other parties in December. What everyone needs to know is that we are very limited on the spaces that are still available. We wanted to make this post so that people can see what is still available in the month of December.
Now, there are a couple of restrictions on things:
1) All attendees over the age of 12 must be fully vaccinated. Our staff will be checking QR codes at the door. Please remind your guests to bring photo ID with them, or we cannot let them in.
2) As of Monday, November 22nd, we will be dropping the hold time on events from one week to three business days. We don't want to keep people from booking events, but we're getting down to the wire with a one week hold period.
3) All groups under 100 people must rent the MPR. We know that this is inconvenient, but we are choosing to leave the gym available for larger events. We can fit a smaller event in the larger space, but we cannot fit a larger one in the smaller space. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4) We do not take rental inquiries through Facebook. All inquiries must be emailed to Shannon at spcc_bookings@outlook.com. The following information must be included with the inquiry:
- The date you are interested in - The time that you are interested in - The number of people you plan to invite to the event - Whether or not you will require kitchen access - Whether or not you intend on serving alcohol at the event.
5) The times listed are the maximum amount of time that is available. You do not need to book all of it. You can book only a portion of the time, if desired. The minimum length of time is two hours.
6) These openings are for party rentals only. The gym availabilities listed are NOT for sports rentals.
7) We are NOT open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Please do not ask if we will be renting the space out on those days. We will not be making exceptions for groups. These are days where we give the staff the time off to enjoy with their families.

Those are all of the available dates that we still have in December. If you do not see a date listed, it means that it is FULLY BOOKED.
