December Rental Availbilities

We know that there are a lot of people still trying to secure spaces for holiday parties, and we are doing the absolute best that we can to accommodate everyone. That said, we do wish to remind everyone that, if you're contacting us at the end of November for a party in December, you are late in doing it. The vast majority of our December spaces were already gone weeks, if not months, ago. Our staff are doing the best we can to find spaces for everyone, but we do need people to understand that we may not be able to do so at this point, particularly if you cannot be flexible about dates and times.

In order to assist everyone, here is a list of all of the spaces we still have available in the month of December, including any restrictions on those spaces.

MPR: This space can accommodate up to 100 guests, and there is a four-hour minimum rental duration.

- Friday, December 5th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM and 5:00 – 1:00 AM. No Alcohol.

- Friday, December 12th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM and 5:00 – 1:00 AM. No Evening Alcohol.

- Friday, December 19th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM.

- Monday, December 22nd: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Friday, December 26th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM and 5:00 – 1:00 AM.

- Sunday, December 28th: 3:00 – 12:00 AM. Kitchen Unavailable.

- Monday, December 29th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Tuesday, December 30th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Gym: This space is available for groups of 150+ on weekends (including Fridays), and does not have a minimum capacity requirement on weekdays. The maximum capacity for the space is 500 people, and there is a four-hour minimum rental duration.

- Thursday, December 4th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

- Monday, December 8th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Wednesday, December 10th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Thursday, December 11th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

- Friday, December 12th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM.

- Friday, December 19th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM.

- Sunday, December 21st: 3:00 – 1:00 AM.

- Monday, December 22nd: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Friday, December 26th : 9:00 – 3:00 PM and 5:00 – 1:00 AM.

- Saturday, December 27th: 9:00 – 3:00 PM.

- Monday, December 29th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

- Tuesday, December 30th: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Again, these are the only dates that we currently have available. Inquiring about dates that are not listed is truly not worth it, because everything else is either already fully booked, or a date where our facility is closed. We really do want to find spaces for as many groups as possible, but finding those spaces may require some flexibility from renters regarding dates and times.
