September Rental Availabilities

Good afternoon to all!

We have received a number of phone calls and emails asking us what spaces we have available for rentals in the coming month. Due to the sheer number of inquiries, we figured that it would be easier to post the available dates here for all to see.

Sports Rentals - We are very limited on sports rental dates. The only dates that we have available are as follows:

Friday, September 4th: Either 5 - 8 PM or 6 - 9 PM

Wednesday, September 9th: Either 5 - 8 PM or 6 - 9 PM Friday, September 18th - On Hold until 09/03/20

Gym Rentals - This space is suitable for any type of event, including children's birthday parties. This space is also perfect for come & go parties, for those groups that are a little larger than the number of guests allowed at one time:

Saturday, September 5th - Morning/early afternoon only, ending by 3:00 PM Sunday, September 6th Saturday, September 12th Saturday, September 19th - Morning/early afternoon only, ending by 3:00 PM Sunday, September 20th - On hold until 09/03/20 Friday, September 25th Saturday, September 26th Sunday, September 27th - Evening only if wanting kitchen access

MPR Rentals - This space is suitable for smaller events. Children's birthday parties are better off taking our larger space:

Friday, September 4th Saturday, September 5th - No kitchen after 4:00 PM Sunday, September 6th Saturday, September 12th Friday, September 18th Saturday, September 19th - Not kitchen after 4:00 PM Sunday, September 20th - No kitchen access Friday, September 25th Saturday, September 26th Sunday, September 27th - After 5:00 PM only.

You can also call our office at 204-586-8275, but please be aware that we only have staff in the building to respond to your calls on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 - 5:00 PM.
