Just a quick reminder for all of our rentals,
Our rental specialist is doing her best to find you all new dates for your events. That said, due to the massive number of events shifting their dates around, we cannot hold dates for groups to decide on, nor can we hold deposits for rentals to make a choice at a later date.
We understand that everything is uncertain right now, but we are requesting that rentals select a new date at the time of postponement. If you find that the new date you have selected does not work for your event, we are happy to move the event again. There is no limit on the number of times that you can move your event right now, we just need to have the deposit funds applied to a date.
We are not trying to be mean, we promise. Holding on to funds for dates that are up in the air creates an accounting nightmare for us. If they are applied to a date, that solves a lot of the issues that are cropping up. It also prevents your event from somehow falling through the cracks. We are transferring many events in a very short span of time, and there is a lot of paperwork on our desk.
All of our date transfers should have received an email with an updated copy of your contract, unless it was specifically declined. If you have not received that email, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation.
