We have been receiving many phone calls and emails lately, all asking us the same question: Are we accepting hall rentals right now?
Well, we are very pleased to tell everyone that the answer is yes! We are most definitely booking in new rentals, and we would be happy to help you with any event that you may be looking to have! We have ways of making every event work right now, even in these troublesome times. While the numbers at your event may be restricted by the Province of Manitoba, we will do everything that we can to ensure that your event is run flawlessly and, most importantly, safely.
We are accepting rentals of all types right now. We will happily host your birthday party, baby shower, memorial service, wedding, or any other event that you could possibly want to book with us. If you are looking for a venue to host your event at, please consider contacting us! If you aren't sure if your event is something that we can handle, please give us a call and let us know. We will do everything that we can to make your event work for you. Our rentals coordinator will be happy to talk to you about your potential event, and help you find a way to make it happen.

Please be aware that our office is staffed very infrequently right now, so it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response by telephone. We do still strive for an emailed response in under 24 hours.
We know that a lot of people are uncertain of booking spaces for their events right now, given the current situation. If you would like to speak with our staff about our Covid-19 policies and procedures, including refunding deposits and extra building sanitation, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Our first priority is making sure that our renters are confident that they are choosing the best place to host their events, and right now, the best place is also the safest place.
